Classic Windows, Inc. began manufacturing windows and doors in 1992.  Prior to that, Classic's founder, Tom Davis, was a window distributor and was not satisfied with the generic products and service that other window manufacturers were providing.  He began manufacturing his own windows and doors, so he could provide his customers with higher quality, custom products and give them fast, reliable service. Since Classic would sell its products directly to the customers, it could eliminate the price mark-ups and errors of the middle-men (distributors) that other window companies used.
